Nordic Europe MSP Summit 2012 in Dublin

This years international summit for the Finnish MSPs took us to Dublin, Ireland. There were some other new developments too, as we got the all new sister program – the Microsoft Student Ambassadors up and running. So unlinke most years, the Finnish participation wasn’t all technical students.

The first day started with a familair pattern of a few basic presentations about what’s up and new in Microsoft – the Windows8 and WP8 platforms and ecosystems mainly.

Each country presented their attendees and their country’s MSP and WinU Crew (Basically the same as ambassadors) programs and what they had done during the previous year. This is usually also a pretty good method for the people in charge of the program globally, to review and see what’s up with student partners around the world. KPI’s and Report-documents only go so far.

The second day started with @petriw doing a demo about game development in html 5 and using his own framework HTML5 Game Starter Kit. For the rest of the previous first 24 hours, I’m going to let the pictures do the talking.
